Cycle Marking or Registration Scheme : Sat 18 Apr 16:00

Dear resident, 

Our team will be carrying out bike marking at Alexandra Park on Saturday the 18th April.(near the cricket green)

“What is bike marking?” We fit two tamper proof stickers to the bike, as well as log the frame number. This is all done on BIKE REGISTER. From there, if your bike is stolen, you can report it to the Police, as well as report it on bike register. 

We sometimes come across individuals on these marked bikes who shouldn't in possession of them. They are then dealt with accordingly and the bike is then returned to its owner. Granted, this doesn't always happen, but it does act as a good deterrent!!

So if you haven't had your bike marked, then please bring it down. ITS FREE
